A Small Step towards Tomorrow

What a surprise!!
I'm being able to touch a dog;our dog too!
My brother,lives apart from us,has a cute little female dog,one and a half years old.
He's visited us these days and this is the first time I met her.
She has big round liquid eyes and big perked-up brown ears,soooo beautiful,if I could say so;)

If I was what I used to be just as only a few days ago,I sure couldn't touch or rather come closer to her...

We're going to take her to our morning walk tomorrow,too♪

The truth is,I've been fear of dogs.
When I was a child,I was hit by a big black dog all of a sudden.
Since then,I feel fear whenever I see or pass by dogs.
But owing to Raja Yoga,a meditation,I don't feel it so much.

Maybe I can get to control my mind gradually,as I speak to myself I don't feel fear at all,I can always stay calm whatever happens...

Next time I pass by dogs,I'll try to stare at them with a kind heart,I wonder.

What a fresh and cool air morning has!
Especially before 6 a.m is awesome!

I'm just a beginner of a morning walk,but I'm getting hooked on it and it's becoming a part of my life.
Truth,there's already rather some people walking or running in such an early morning.
We greet each other passing by.
In any other occations,we wouldn't do so..

Try once!

I learned from Raja Yoga that we don't need to think too much.
If you tend to think something too much,you just say to yourself"Cancel,cancel".
It means "Stop thinking it at once."
Then you might be able to get more relieved,I can tell.

Actually this is from a yoga teacher and now it's getting to be a magic word for me.

Why don't you try it once?

I've never heard about it before.
It was my first time to experience Raja Yoga.
It's a kind of meditation.
If you do right way,you can feel relaxed and at peace.
I've tried for only these couple of days and am getting to feel more calm and relaxed than before.
