I like the meal that looks colorful.

Colorful makes our appetite up!!

I cooked marinade. It include paprikas and octopuses.
I cooked it with Balusamico vinegar.

I've made roast beef for the first time in the cooking class with cheese bread(caltorne).

It is quite easy that I thought before.





I revewed the lesson in my home.



I'll cook it for my family.

Recently I'm interested in making cakes cause I've started takeing cooking class and cake classes.

I took a cake class of chiffon cake this time.
My cooking teacher told us that chiffon meaned silk.

It turned so soft and tasted sweet.
I like it very much.

We also made a milk confiture with chiffon cake.

It tasted so so sweet.


I'll try to making cakes delicious more again.

And I also made a pound cake with green tea.

This is a paund cake that I've made for tha first time.


It include tea flaver.


I'll try again soon

I found delicious Macarons today…　and of course I got them.






The Macarons are sold at Patissrie Yukinoshita at Kamakura.
